17 May Cherry Blossom Viewing Picnic

  • Where: In the Garden, Behind the Buffalo and Erie County Historical Society Building at 24 Nottingham Terrace
  • When: 11:00 AM on Sat May 17, 2008

  • The Japanese Group of Buffalo has a tradition of bringing out the community for a picnic and sharing friendship in the Garden while the early spring blossoms enhance the setting. Some entertainment is usually planned, a cherry tree or two or three is planted and good feelings abound. People bring their own picnic.
